About the roleThe Global Voice, an independent geopolitics media house, is looking for an inoffice Graphic Designer based in Goa. You will shape the visual identity of the brand across all platforms, turning editorial content into powerful, clickworthy designs.Key responsibilitiesDesign daily social media assets for Instagram, LinkedIn and X, including posts, thumbnails and infographics.Create article feature images, YouTube thumbnails and podcast cover art that drive engagement.Develop and maintain the TGV design system colours, typography, layout grids and component templates.Produce newsletter headers, email banners and other visual assets for email communications.Collaborate with video editors on motion graphics, title cards and lower thirds.Leverage AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney) to accelerate workflow.Assist with basic video editing as the team expands.Required profileStrong portfolio showcasing editorial design, largescale social content and brand work.Clear editorial design sensibility suited to a news brand.Ability to deliver multiple polished assets quickly without quality loss.Understanding of visual best practices for each platform.Willingness to grow into video editing responsibilities.Required skillsProficiency in Figma.Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.Experience with AIassisted design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Canva AI and Midjourney.What we offerAnnual salary of 3.6LPA (360,000INR).Immediate joining opportunity.Creative ownership of a growing media brand. .
