What role will you play in the team As a Growth Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist, you will serve as a core driver of our customer acquisition engine, designing and executing multi-channel digital campaigns. You will orchestrate sophisticated inbound marketing funnels that nurture prospects from initial brand awareness through to final conversion, directly impacting corporate revenue growth targets. What you will do You will build, automate, and optimize targeted email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, and social media outreach initiatives using enterprise marketing automation platforms. By leveraging robust CRM tools and customer data analytics, you will identify high-value user segments, personalize digital touchpoints, and continuously improve conversion rate optimization across all digital assets. Key responsibility Design, test, and deploy automated email marketing sequences and customer workflows using HubSpot and Mailchimp. Manage and execute targeted paid social media advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Integrate and maintain CRM lead scoring models within Salesforce and Zoho to ensure seamless handoffs to the sales team. Monitor social media engagement metrics and schedule community management tasks via Hootsuite and Buffer. Collaborate with copywriters and designers to produce engaging lead magnets, whitepapers, and promotional landing pages. Conduct multivariate testing on email subject lines, call-to-action buttons, and form placements to boost open and conversion rates. Required Qualification and Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a relevant discipline. Minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven professional experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, or lead generation. Extensive hands-on experience with marketing automation software such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign. Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Zoho and their integration with inbound marketing channels. Proficiency in managing social media scheduling and analytics tools including Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social. Solid working knowledge of WordPress content management systems and basic HTML/CSS landing page creation. Strong copywriting skills and a data-driven approach to measuring campaign ROI and attribution metrics.
