Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.2. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.3. Communicate performance insights to key stakeholders.4. Oversee payroll, accounts receivable, and other operational processes.5. Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and PT returns.6. Manage annual MCA/ROC compliances for group companies.Pillar 2: Compliance with SEBI & Companies Act1. Interpret SEBI circulars and ensure adherence to all regulations.2. Guide management and teams on compliance requirements.3. Ensure timely submission of SEBI reports.Pillar 3: Income Tax Filing1. Apply thorough understanding of the Income Tax Act and regulations.2. Compute and file tax returns for individuals, HUFs, trusts, companies, and partnerships.3.
