Role: Guidewire Claim Center Business Analyst (BSA)
Mandatory Skills
- Guidewire ClaimCenter (Business Analyst experience)
- Guidewire PolicyCenter experience
- Insurance Domain (Property & Casualty preferred)
- Requirements Gathering & Business Analysis
- BRD, FSD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria
- UAT/SIT Support
- Agile/Scrum
- Jira or Azure DevOps
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from Claims stakeholders.
- Prepare BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and process documentation.
- Work on ClaimCenter modules including FNOL, Claim Lifecycle, Exposure Management, Financials (Reserves & Payments), Recoveries, Activities, and Workflows.
- Coordinate with business users, developers, and QA teams.
- Support SIT/UAT and manage defect triage.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
