Role Description The Handwear and Network Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. This position coordinates between jewelry production operations and the companys network infrastructure to ensure smooth, secure, and efficient workflows. Daily responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining network systems, configuring and optimizing network hardware and software, and supporting secure data transfer related to design, manufacturing, and sales operations.
The role also involves diagnosing and resolving network issues, collaborating with internal teams to understand connectivity needs, and implementing improvements that support productivity and data security across the facility.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Network Administration and Network Engineering, with experience managing routers, switches, and related infrastructure. Ability to design and implement Network Design solutions that meet operational requirements and support scalable growth. Strong Troubleshooting capabilities for identifying, analyzing, and resolving network performance and connectivity issues. Knowledge of Network Security principles and practices, including firewalls, access control, and data protection measures. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is a plus. Familiarity with manufacturing or jewelry industry environments is an advantage. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical team members. Attention to detail, reliability in managing critical systems, and readiness to work on-site in Rajkot. .
