Purpose of the role:
The Analyst Trainee Healthcare is an entry-level responsible for supporting the Claims processors in processing/ reviewing healthcare claims in alignment with established standard operating procedures (SOPs), process manuals, and client instructions.
The role includes structured classroom and online/LMS trainings followed by supervised on-the-job practice to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with periodic updates to claim guidelines and client requirements.
This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to build expertise in healthcare operations through guided learning and coaching.
Qualifications
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
01 year of experience preferred; freshers may also apply.
Basic computer literacy and ability to work with standard processing systems.
Required Technical & Behavioral Skills
Flexibility to work in shifts as per business requirements. Ability to follow SOPs, process guidelines, and workflow instructions after training.
Willingness to undergo process, compliance, and system training.
Basic written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
