2) Guide customers throughout the home loan journeyfrom eligibility and documentation to sanction and disbursement.
3) Coordinate with partner Banks and NBFCs to ensure quick loan approvals.
4) Maximize home loan conversion and disbursement from company-generated leads.
5) Collaborate closely with the Sales, CRM, and Operations teams to deliver a smooth customer experience.
6) Track loan pipeline, ensure timely follow-ups, and achieve conversion targets.
7) Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
