Head - Housing Loan Division

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Housing Loan Division to lead and scale the home loan business in Hyderabad. This leadership role offers complete ownership of business development, sales strategy, channel expansion, lender relationships, team management, and overall profitability of the housing loan vertical. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in mortgage lending, strong industry relationships, and a proven ability to drive large-scale business growth.

- Lead the end-to-end housing loan business, including sourcing, processing, sanction, and disbursement activities. - Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the home loan portfolio across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. - Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team comprising Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, and Channel Partners. - Drive business acquisition through multiple channels including DSAs, builders, real estate developers, brokers, and referral networks. - Establish and strengthen strategic relationships with banks and Housing Finance Companies to ensure competitive product offerings and efficient turnaround times. - Monitor business performance through key metrics such as sourcing volumes, conversion ratios, sanction rates, and disbursement targets. - Ensure adherence to credit guidelines, compliance requirements, and documentation standards. - Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and improve market penetration. - Manage the P&L, productivity, operational efficiency, and overall profitability of the housing loan division. - 12+ years of experience in Home Loans, Mortgage Lending, or Housing Finance with a Bank, Housing Finance Company (HFC), NBFC, or leading DSA. - Strong understanding of mortgage products, credit underwriting processes, property documentation, and regulatory requirements. - In-depth knowledge of the real estate and housing finance market across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. - Demonstrated success in building and leading large sales teams while consistently achieving business targets. - Established network within the banking, HFC, builder, and channel partner ecosystem. - Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive business growth in a fast-paced environment.
