Position - Head - HR Operations & Corporate Relations Package up to 8 LPA Experience: 5- 10 years Location: Bhopal (on-site) JD includes : Managing Centre (EdTech) Operations, Corporate relations (Mostly IT Company), Managing placement drives, Ability to ensure quality through regular audits and process flows Exceptional analytical & problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to make data-backed decisions Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale. Ensure Reports /Dashboard are shared with Managed on pre-defined periodicity Must have: Excellent communication skills. Excellent ability to develop relationships. Robust networking with Corporate agencies/institutions. Comfortable with public speaking. Experience in handling a team of 6-10 people. .
