Overview

As the leader of the APAC HR Shared Services organization for a renowned MNC, you will play a crucial role in driving the regional HR Shared Services strategy and operations for Asia Pacific. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the regional HR Shared Services organization and ensuring a stable, consistent, and high-quality service delivery engine for all HR Shared Services in the region. - Managing processes, operations, performance metrics, and people to achieve organizational goals in productivity, revenue, customer value, people development, and growth. - Driving future-ready operations to position the Asia Pacific hub as a Centre of Excellence and growth center for all HR Shared Services. - Collaborating with other hubs to transition, consolidate, and transform additional relevant scope. - Partnering with the HR Shared Services Customer Relationship organization to identify and manage customer needs. - Exploring additional and new business potential with customers. - Building capability within the hub to consult and advise the HR organization on future roadmaps. - Ensuring high service delivery quality in the region while adhering to the aligned budget and headcount figures. - Contributing to the future direction of Service Delivery Management as a member of the HR Shared Services Leadership team through direct insights and business ideas. Qualifications required for this role: - Extensive senior leadership experience in an international HR Shared Service organization, leading large and diverse teams with a minimum of 15 years of total work experience. - Experience in managing globally distributed teams across the APAC, UK, and US region. - Deep understanding of the entire HR Shared Services business and its operational complexities. - Proven track record of driving and leading significant organizational change and transformation initiatives. - Strong experience in project management and delivering operational transformations that have resulted in scalable operations and positive customer relationships. - Demonstrated ability to achieve financial goals for the organization. - Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. - Fair understanding of various HR technologies and experience in driving the adoption of tools to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
