Ultra Luxury Residential Development Role Overview We are seeking an exceptional Strategy & Marketing Head to define and lead the strategic, commercial, and brand direction for one of Chennai's most prestigious ultra-luxury residential developments. This is a leadership role requiring an individual capable of building a luxury brand from the ground up while developing a differentiated market positioning, customer acquisition strategy, and premium customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of luxury branding, hospitality-led marketing, affluent consumer behaviour, experiential marketing, and integrated communication strategies.
