Requirements
- 10 to 12 years of experience with 5+ years leading AI/ML engineering teams in insurance across underwriting, policy servicing, or claims.
- Proficiency in systems design, LLMs & decisioning, document AI & IDP, domain fluency in insurance verticals, and ecosystem experience.
- Strong stakeholder leadership and communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to executives, regulators, and customers.
