As part of its continued growth, the organisation is looking to hire a Head of Compliance to lead compliance strategy, strengthen regulatory frameworks, and ensure adherence to evolving regulatory requirements.
Job Description
Leading the organisation's compliance framework and regulatory governance programs.Ensuring compliance with RBI regulations, regulatory guidelines, and applicable financial services regulations.Acting as the key liaison with regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
The Successful Applicant
8-10+ years of experience in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Risk, or Governance functions.Strong experience working on RBI regulations and compliance frameworks.Prior experience within lending-focused organisations, banks, NBFCs, or regulated financial services environments.
