Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an integrated content and social media plan that aligns with brand and business objectives.
- Hire and onboard social media specialists, writers, and other content roles to strengthen the team.
- Create and oversee content that demonstrates a strong understanding of mutual funds, wealth management, and investment products.
- Oversee the production of various content types such as blogs, articles, newsletters, social media posts, videos, infographics, white papers, annual magazines, and sales resources.
- Maintain a consistent voice, style, and tone across all communication channels.
- Track the performance of content and social initiatives, utilizing data to optimize strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in content marketing/communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Mandatory background in financial services, wealthtech, fintech, or investment advisory sectors.
- Deep understanding of mutual funds, investment products, and financial markets is essential.
- Ability to design and execute scalable content programs.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, particularly in simplifying complex financial topics.
- Familiarity with CMS, SEO, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
