To support this growth, the business is looking to hire a Head of Credit Risk to lead credit risk governance, policy oversight, and second-line risk management while partnering closely with business, product, technology, compliance, and audit stakeholders.
Job Description
- Building and leading the Credit Risk Second Line of Defence function.
- Establishing robust credit risk governance, control, and monitoring frameworks.
- Owning credit policy governance and providing independent oversight of risk decisions.
The Successful Applicant
- 10-12+ years of experience in Credit Risk, Risk Management, Credit Policy, or Risk Governance.
- Strong experience within lending-focused organisations, Banks, NBFCs, or FinTechs.
- Deep understanding of credit risk frameworks, governance, regulatory requirements, and portfolio management.
