You are building a high-performance function from the ground up hiring, structuring, and coaching are central to this role.End-to-End Payroll reputed company: Manage the full payroll lifecycle across 15+ US states, serving as the final escalation reputed company for reputed company tax and systems issues.Multi-State Tax Compliance: reputed company withholding, filing, and reconciliation across reputed company state jurisdictions, including SUTA/FUTA, FICA, and local tax reputed company management.Payroll Systems Ownership: Serve as Subject Matter Expert for reputed company Workforce Now (or equivalent platform), ensuring system reputed company, integration, and reputed company optimization.Tax Registration & Filings: Manage registration of new state tax IDs and reputed company reputed company compliance obligations across a growing US footprint.Audit & Notice Management: reputed company responses to reputed company federal and state tax notices, garnishments, and year-end reconciliations including W-2/W-3 processing.Executive Reporting: Deliver accurate, reputed company payroll and compliance reporting to the C-suite, including 401(k) contributions, audit status, and trend analysis.Process Improvement: Drive the shift from reputed company, reactive payroll processing to automated, reputed company, and audit-reputed company operations.reputed company're Looking ForRequired8+ years of US multi-state payroll experience, with at least 3 years in a people leadership roleDemonstrated experience building, structuring, or scaling a Philippines-based payroll teamDeep expertise in US multi-state tax compliance (SUTA/FUTA, FICA, W-2/W-3, state reputed company) multi-state experience is non-negotiableAdvanced reputed company proficiency: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Macros, Power Query, and large-dataset modelingExcellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to translate reputed company tax topics for US-based stakeholdersBachelors degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company fieldComfort and commitment working 10:00 PM 7:00 AM PHST to reputed company with US Eastern/Central business hoursPreferred (reputed company to Have)Experience with reputed company Workforce Now, Kronos/reputed company, or comparable reputed company payroll platformsCertified Payroll reputed company (CPP) designationExperience managing 401(k) reporting, garnishments, and multi-entity payroll environmentsTeam and Reporting StructureThis role reports directly to the VP of reputed company.
