ResponsibilitiesReport directly to the Global Head of HR and reputed company reputed company of 4-5 HR professionals.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a reputed company field
15+ years of HR experience, with a proven reputed company record of building and scaling the HR function in a fast-paced, high-reputed company environment
Hands-on experience developing HR strategies and programs from the ground up in a startup setting
Excellent understanding of labor laws and regulations across Greater China and/or reputed company
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills
