Hiring: Head of Operations / Delivery Head UK Mortgage Location: Mumbai (Preferred) | PAN India Salary: (Based on experience) Experience: 18 to 25 Years Domain: UK Mortgage | Banking & Financial Services Are you an experienced UK Mortgage Operations Leader with a proven track record of managing large-scale delivery teams We're looking for a Head of Operations / Delivery Head to lead a 1,000+ FTE UK Mortgage operation, driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, financial performance, and business transformation. What You'll Do - Lead end-to-end UK Mortgage operations across multiple locations. - Manage a workforce of approximately 1,000 employees. - Own delivery performance including SLA, Quality, Productivity, TAT, Customer Experience, and Compliance. - Build and manage executive-level client relationships and governance. - Drive P&L;, operational efficiency, workforce planning, and profitability. - Lead automation, process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, and digital transformation initiatives. - Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, audit readiness, and operational excellence. - Partner with business leaders to support growth, transitions, and account expansion. What We're Looking For - 1825 years of experience in Banking, BFSI, BPO/BPM, or Financial Services. - Mandatory experience in UK Mortgage Operations. - Proven leadership of 1,000+ employee operations. - Experience as a Head of Operations, Delivery Head, Business Unit Head, Account Head, Site Head, VP Operations, or similar. - Solid expertise across the UK Mortgage lifecycle, including mortgage processing, underwriting support, servicing, and collections. - Demonstrated success in service delivery, client management, P&L; ownership, compliance, and large-scale operations. - Lean Six Sigma, transformation, or automation experience is a plus.
