Overview
As a Talent Fulfilment Manager at Ciklum, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic sourcing initiatives, enhancing candidate and hiring manager experience, and delivering key recruitment metrics that fuel business success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of technical recruiters to drive growth of key accounts and programs within the India delivery center
- Designing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for critical and niche roles
- Collaborating with business leaders and workforce planning teams to align recruitment efforts with long-term talent needs
- Building strong consultative partnerships with hiring managers to deliver tailored talent solutions
- Providing market intelligence and talent insights to influence and support strategic hiring decisions
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on key recruitment metrics to inform improvements
- Optimizing recruitment processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Leading and contributing to talent acquisition projects, including employer branding, internal mobility, campus hiring, and DEI initiatives
- Championing continuous improvement in recruitment operations and talent acquisition technology
- Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience through timely, transparent, and engaging communication
- Driving hiring manager satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and timely recruitment support
- Partnering closely with global Talent Fulfillment teams to ensure consistency, alignment, and knowledge sharing across regions
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 1013 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 4+ years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, recruitment analytics, and driving hiring initiatives
- Strong knowledge of ATS, sourcing platforms, and recruitment marketing tools
- Good in Boolean Search Techniques, Experience in X-Ray search, and other innovative ways of sourcing is an added advantage
- Data-Driven & Analytical: Skilled at using data and metrics to drive decisions and improve outcomes
- Able to align recruitment efforts with broader business and workforce goals
