Job Description

Overview

You will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 employees and overseeing operational tasks related to defined contribution plans in compliance with plan provisions. Your role will require you to excel in a high-paced and dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include: - Providing regular and timely feedback for performance management - Handling escalations, providing support, and empowering the team to achieve accuracy - Managing end-to-end processing of employee benefits on client platforms - Conducting business management routines such as 1-1s, team meetings, and daily huddles - Leading automation/process improvement projects - Analyzing quality audit reports and suggesting process improvements - Driving practice level initiatives within your team - Coordinating with the Senior Benefits Manager for team challenges - Managing associate engagement - Ensuring work product adheres to peer review/risk level guidelines - Resource planning and forecasting - Formulating strategies to achieve team goals - Tracking and managing the team's service level agreements Qualifications required for this role include: - 10+ years of relevant experience in employee benefits - Minimum 5-7 years of people management experience - Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline Preferred skills and qualifications: - High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive client data - Certifications in US Benefits would be an advantage - Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines - Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Change management skills to adapt to a rapidly changing environment Please note that the company, Milliman, has been providing market-leading services and solutions globally for over 70 years.
