P&L & Commercial Leadership Bottom-Line Ownership: Responsibility for the firms P&L, including revenue targets, margins, and EBITDA.Commercial Strategy: Designing competitive fee structures (AUM-based, performance, or retainers).Efficiency: Optimizing "cost-to-serve" and overhead via technology and process automation.2.
