About the role:
A capital markets and financial services platform is hiring a Head of Product and Client Experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and drive the product roadmap for web and mobile trading and investment platforms
- Own the end-to-end client experience across all trading and investment journeys
- Enhance client onboarding and KYC journeys to improve conversion and reduce friction
- Design and optimise workflows for HNI and institutional client segments
- Act as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams
- Partner with technology, operations, compliance and sales teams for product delivery
- Use data and analytics to measure platform performance and implement client satisfaction initiatives
- Monitor client behaviour and leverage user insights for evidence-based product decisions
Candidate profile:
- Senior product management experience in stock broking, wealth management, fintech or capital markets, with a proven track record managing digital platforms for retail, HNI and institutional clients.
- Strong understanding of trading platforms and investment products, and Agile product development experience. .
