Job Description
Develop and execute the enterprise-wide quality strategy across manufacturing operations and the supplier network.Lead Manufacturing Quality, Supplier Quality, Customer Quality, and Warranty functions.Drive reduction in defects, warranty claims, and overall cost of poor quality.Strengthen quality management systems, compliance frameworks, and audit processes.Champion root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive quality programs.Partner with Engineering, R&D, Procurement, and Operations teams to improve product and process quality.Lead supplier development initiatives and vendor quality improvement programs.Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.Build, mentor, and develop high-performing quality leadership teams.Establish governance mechanisms and quality performance reviews to ensure sustained improvements.
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for someone who has:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.18+ years of progressive experience in Quality leadership within Automotive, Auto Components, Engineering, Mobility, or Manufacturing sectors.Deep expertise in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, Customer Quality, Warranty Management, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.Strong track record of leading large-scale quality transformation initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and influencing senior leadership.Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to build a culture focused on quality, accountability, and operational excellence.
