Role : Head of retail loans Location Hyderabad.
Experience : 15+ years in Retail Banking / Retail Lending / Branch Banking.

Role Overview :
The Head Retail Banking will provide strategic and operational leadership across the retail banking portfolio. This role carries ownership of business growth, product mix, channel strategy, team performance, and profitability, while ensuring strong compliance and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and grow the retail banking business, including products such as Home Loans, LAP, Personal Loans, Business Loans, CASA, and Cross-sell products.
- Define and execute regional and product growth strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Build, manage, and mentor large multi-layered sales and operations teams.
- Drive sourcing through branches, DSAs, digital channels, builders, brokers, and professional networks.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with banks, NBFCs, and HFCs.
- Own targets, productivity metrics, profitability, and P&L.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and risk frameworks.
- Improve customer acquisition, conversion ratios, and service TATs.
- Track market trends, competition, and product performance.
Key Requirements :
- 15+ years of experience in retail banking or retail lending, with exposure to multiple products.
- Strong understanding of credit, underwriting, operations, and compliance.
- Proven track record in scaling retail banking businesses.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
- Experience working with banks, NBFCs, or large DSAs preferred.
