01Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in sourcing and procurement within IT Category and related services, with expertise in categories such as IT Software, IT Hardware, and Telco.
- Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and deliver measurable cost savings.
- Prior leadership experience in similar roles (IT, sourcing, or technical teams).
- Solid contract drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated success in supplier relationship management and category strategy development.
- Positive energy and engagement (can-do attitude).
- Experience with leading-edge sourcing technologies (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, SAP, Ivalua) preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across cultures and time zones.
- Strong organizational skills to manage client priorities under tight deadlines.
- Bachelors Degree required (Supply Chain, Business, or related field). Advanced certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) are a plus
