The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Total Rewards & HR Operations should have:
A strong academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven expertise in compensation, benefits, and HR operations within the insurance industry.In-depth knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and regulatory standards.Excellent analytical skills to interpret HR data and drive strategic decisions.Experience in managing teams and leading HR initiatives successfully.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
