Head, Transversal Change Management (Program Manager)

You will be joining BNP Paribas India Solutions as the Head of Transversal Change Management (Program Manager) in Chennai. Established in 2005, BNP Paribas India Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of BNP Paribas SA, the leading bank in the European Union with a global reach. As the Head of Transversal Change Management, your main objective is to establish a Centre of Expertise in Securities Services Operations (2S Operations) and achieve the following goals: - Implement an optimal Change Management model across Business lines in Securities Services Operations - Make 2S Operations the primary hub for Change management in Securities Services - Standardize project and program management practices within Change teams - Facilitate Business to Manage projects through organization change Your responsibilities will include: - Formulating, organizing, and monitoring inter-connected projects - Analyzing and defining suitable strategies and objectives - Coordinating cross-project activities - Leading and evaluating project managers and other staff - Developing and controlling deadlines, budgets, and activities - Applying change, risk, and resource management - Assessing program performance and maximizing ROI - Managing multiple onboarding/transition projects related to Operations processes in the Securities Services domain - Leading matrix teams to deliver high-quality results - Ensuring adherence to the Transition Methodology and Outsourcing Compliance Qualifications required for this role: - Overall 15+ years of experience - Expert in Project Management and Change Cycle Framework - Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills - Master Degree or equivalent education level Your success in this role will depend on your ability to make decisions, influence others, deliver results, and demonstrate resilience.
