We are hiring Head Wealth Management on behalf of a leading NBFC that is expanding its Wealth Management business focused on HNI and affluent clients.
This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity to build, scale, and lead the Wealth Management vertical from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the Wealth Management business strategyBuild and lead high-performing Relationship Manager & Wealth Advisor teamsDrive AUM, revenue, profitability, client acquisition and retentionManage HNI & affluent client relationships and investment advisoryDrive distribution of Mutual Funds, NCDs, Fixed Income, Insurance, Multi-Currency Cards & other investment productsDevelop strategic partnerships with AMCs, insurers and financial institutionsEstablish sales processes, KPIs and performance frameworksEnsure compliance with RBI, SEBI & IRDAI regulationsIdentify new business opportunities and support market expansion Must-Have Skills
