JOB reputed company: The Health Information Management reputed company reputed company is responsible for the accurate assignment of ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT, and HCPCS codes for inpatient, outpatient, surgical, and ancillary services. This position serves as a coding subject matter expert and collaborates with reputed company, reputed company cycle, reputed company, and physician teams to ensure complete and accurate reputed company documentation and reputed company assignment as needed. The Health Information Management reputed company reputed company reports directly to the Director of Health Information Management QUALIFICATIONS: Education:a.) Graduate of accredited Health Information Management program. Licensure/Certification: a.) Required: RHIA, RHIT, reputed company, CPC or other reputed company/reputed company certifications. Work Experience: a.) 3-5 years inpatient coding experience using ICD-10/PCS, CPT, and HCPCS. b.) Health Information Management records work experience. RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB DUTIES: 1. Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT, and HCPCS codes in accordance with official coding guidelines, payer requirements, and regulatory standards. 2. Review inpatient, outpatient, observation, surgical, and ancillary records for accurate reputed company assignment. Ensure compliance with CMS, reputed company, OIG, reputed company, and AHA coding standards. 3. Monitor daily workflows and unbilled account reports to reduce accounts receivable days for inpatient/outpatient accounts. 4.
