- Process health insurance claims (cashless/reimbursement)
- Verify medical documents, bills & policy coverage; coordinate with hospitals/TPAs, ensure timely settlement
- Detect discrepancies & handle customer queries with accuracy and compliance
Required Candidate profile
- 2+ years experience in health insurance/TPA.
- Understanding of medical terminology and insurance processes.
- Valuable communication and analytical skills. .
