Role & responsibilities
- Drive Health Insurance sales through new business acquisition, renewals, and client relationship management.
- Generate leads through cold calling, references, and open market activities to achieve sales targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle including quotations, negotiations, policy issuance, and premium coordination.
- Provide policy servicing, renewal follow-up, and end-to-end claim support by coordinating with insurers and stakeholders.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate with 23 years of sales experience, preferably in Health or General Insurance sales
- IRDA certification preferred or willingness to obtain the license during employment.
- Valuable understanding of insurance products, customer handling, and dealership/business operations. .
