About the roleThis position is a backoffice role within a healthcare environment, based in Kochi. The associate validates application data against uploaded documents and contacts providers when information is missing, ensuring appeals are complete and accurate.Key responsibilitiesValidate all fields in healthcare applications against faxed or scanned documents.Make outbound calls to providers to obtain missing information and document the response.Navigate multiple internal systems (including CVSHAETNA) to gather and enter data.Maintain accurate, timely updates in the database and meet defined KPIs.Participate in useracceptance testing and attend training sessions with 98100% attendance.Achieve a typing speed of 2530wpm with at least 90% accuracy.Required profileBachelors degree (or equivalent education).Fresh graduates up to 1year of relevant experience are welcome.Flexibility to adapt to monthly schedule changes and varied work hours.Strong analytical and comprehension abilities.Required skillsProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Effective internet browsing and email communication.Ability to navigate CVSHAETNA systems.What we offerPermanent employment in a growing healthcare support team.Opportunities for skill development and participation in system testing. .
