Roles & Responsibilities
Strategy & Transformation
Support client projects across healthcare strategy, transformation, and analyticsContribute to assessments, benchmarking, problem solving, and opportunity identificationHelp develop business cases, operating models, roadmaps, and implementation plansSupport initiatives across operations, technology, and governance in healthcare settings
Value-Based Care & Payment Models
Support the design of healthcare financing and value-based care modelsAnalyze trade-offs across cost, quality, access, and stakeholder incentivesContribute to frameworks for provider performance, reimbursement, and population health management
Analytics & Insights
Translate business questions into structured analytical approachesWork with healthcare data to identify trends, cost drivers, and improvement opportunitiesTurn analysis into clear recommendations and client-ready materials
Operations & Improvement
Support reviews of clinical and administrative workflowsIdentify improvement opportunities in cost, utilization, efficiency, and qualityContribute to process improvement and change initiatives
Client Collaboration
Work with client stakeholders and internal teams across the project lifecycleParticipate in workshops, interviews, and solution design discussionsPresent findings in a clear and thoughtful way
Team Contribution
Contribute to proposals and internal initiatives when neededBuild knowledge in areas such as value-based care, digital health, and healthcare financingShare knowledge and support team development.
Education
MBBS / BDS / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Nursing / Allied HealthOr MPH / MBA (Healthcare) / Health Economics or related discipline
Experience
26 years of experience in healthcare consulting, strategy, analytics, payer-provider settings, or a related healthcare domainExperience in one or more of the following would be valuable:Healthcare financing or reimbursement modelsValue-based care or population healthExposure to international healthcare systems, especially the US or GCC, is a plus .
