Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) operations.
- Manage Cash Application and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Handle customer collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate on billing and payment-related disputes.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure timely closure of open items.
- Monitor outstanding balances and support timely collections.
- For senior profiles, lead daily operations, monitor performance metrics and mentor team members.
