- Deliver daily output as per defined productivity targets - Follow and adhere to process documentation and SOPs - Work closely with Process Leads to streamline operations - Achieve KPIs and meet defined SLAs consistently - Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to reduce risk - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards - Handle Provider Data Management & Provider Written Enquiries - Support healthcare operations such as RCM, Claims, Provider Services Requirements Eligibility: - Non Tech Graduates - Minimum 1 years of relevant US healthcare experience - Experience in RCM / Claims / Provider Operations / Healthcare Back -office - Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and compliance - Willingness to work from office Note: Candidates should be comfortable with contract roles and night shifts.
