We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in UK Care Home Recruitment to join our growing healthcare recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting for care homes across the UK and a thorough understanding of the adult social care sector, including sourcing, screening, compliance, and placement of care professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for UK care home vacancies.
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and social media platforms to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and suitability assessments.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and manage the recruitment process through to offer and onboarding.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with UK healthcare and care sector regulations.
- Verify candidate documentation, references, DBS requirements, and right-to-work eligibility.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future requirements.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and care home clients.
- Meet recruitment targets, KPIs, and service level agreements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in UK Care Home Recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for care homes, nursing homes, residential homes, and supported living services.
- Experience using ATS systems and UK job boards such as Indeed, CV-Library, Reed, Totaljobs, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace. .
