KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle day-to-day insurance operations
Coordinate with insurance companies and clients
Follow up on policies and endorsements
Send renewal intimations and follow up until policy renewal
Handle client communication and email correspondence
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Willingness to learn and work in an IT-enabled environment
Must have a 2-wheeler
Willingness to travel within the city for work-related activities
