Key Responsibilities :-
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
Maintain customer interaction records in the system.
Follow company policies and quality standards.
Recommend suitable products or services whenever required.
Achieve customer service and sales targets.
Coordinate with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Requirements :-
Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English preferred).
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Role Mix :-
80% Customer Support
20% Sales
Compensation: 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
