Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage insurance advisors.
- Generate new business through field sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and advisors.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct meetings and market visits.
- Support advisors in closing sales.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 05 years of experience in Field Sales / Insurance / Banking / BFSI / NBFC / Telecom / FMCG.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Willing to travel locally for field work.
Preferred:
- Two-wheeler with valid driving licence.
- Local language proficiency.
