01Key Responsibilities
Contact US insurance companies to follow up on outstanding medical claims.
Verify claim status and payment information.
Resolve claim denials, rejections, and payment-related issues.
Coordinate with provider offices whenever required.
Document call outcomes accurately in the billing system.
Meet productivity and quality targets.
Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and company policies.
Eligibility:
Any Graduate / Undergraduate (Freshers can apply)
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Willingness to work in US Night Shifts.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good analytical skills.
Preferred Skills :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a customer-focused approach.
