Key Responsibilities
Handle US healthcare Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up.
Contact insurance companies to check claim status and resolve outstanding payments.
Analyze and resolve denied or unpaid claims.
Ensure timely follow-up on pending claims and maintain productivity targets.
Document call outcomes accurately in the billing system.
Requirements
Experience in US Healthcare AR Calling.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Knowledge of medical billing, insurance claims, denials, and payment posting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. .
