Job Title: Assistant Manager ED & ENM IP/OP (Hyderabad)
Location: Hyderabad(Work from Office)
Experience: 6+Years
Notice: Immediate to 15days
Certification is not Mandatory
Current designation: Team Lead or Senior Team Lead
Role & responsibilities
Manage ED, E&M, Inpatient (IP), and Outpatient (OP) medical coding operations.
Ensure coding accuracy, productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
Conduct coding audits and provide feedback and training to the team.
Lead, mentor, and manage coding associates.
Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and payer guidelines.
Prepare MIS reports and coordinate with internal and client stakeholders.
Eligibility
Graduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or Allied Health Sciences.
CPC/CCS/CIC/COC certification preferred.
6-10 years of US medical coding experience with at least 2 years in a team lead/assistant manager role.
Strong expertise in ED, E&M, IP, and OP coding.
