Roles and Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve billing discrepancies, appeals, and denials in a timely manner.
Identify and address patient payment issues, negotiate settlements when necessary, and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., medical staff) to resolve complex billing queries and ensure seamless communication.
Analyze rejection rates and implement strategies to improve cash flow optimization.
Job Requirements
1-6 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM or related field.
Strong knowledge of appeals process, denials management, revenue cycle management (RCM), and US healthcare regulations.
Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with patients/insurance companies. .
