Acquire new Savings Account customers from your assigned segment and generate quality references.Ensure every new customer fits the right product and segment criteria for better portfolio quality.Onboard Jaipur customers on digital banking platforms and help them use mobile & net banking effectively.Support the Senior Sales Manager with catchment mapping, branch scoping, and market visibility plans.Share regular feedback with the Senior Sales Manager and Branch Manager on customer needs and local market trends.Follow all compliance rules, regulatory guidelines, and internal SOPs while sourcing customers.Participate in field activities to acquire good-quality and even HNI customers in the catchment area.Work on central sales initiatives and generate consistent referrals from existing customers.Coordinate with internal teams to offer suitable banking products and ensure smooth service delivery.
