Hiring CA for CFO position in Pune Shikrapur for Food processing unit

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

* Manage banking relationships, project finance, and working capital

* Oversee statutory compliance, taxation, audits, and financial reporting

* Develop financial strategies to support business expansion

* Monitor cash flow, cost control, and profitability

* Support fundraising, investor relations, and strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

* CA / MBA (Finance) preferred

* 5+ years of experience in finance leadership

* Strong expertise in manufacturing, FMCG, food processing, or cold storage industries

* Proven experience in project finance, banking, and financial controls

* Excellent leadership and communication skills
