We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Collection Manager in Kochi to lead the collections and recovery operations for vehicle finance.
The ideal candidate from or nearby Kochi will be responsible for driving collections performance, managing field teams, ensuring compliance with legal procedures, and optimizing recovery strategies to meet organizational targets.

Key Responsibilities as Collection Jobs in Kochi:
Monitor and track team performance against defined metrics and KPIs.Conduct milestone reviews and ensure progress aligns with recovery goals.Accompany Recovery Officers (ROs) on field visits as needed.Achieve collection targets through field visits in Kochi, customer follow-ups, and agency coordination.Maintain and analyze daily performance reports and team dashboards using MS Excel.Generate and manage Daily Risk Reports (DRR) and ensure timely updates.Implement new strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce NPL.Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, repossessions, and legal actions.Ensure timely legal recovery procedures, including litigation, repo, legal notices, and court case management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in collections, debt recovery, or legal repossession processes within the vehicle finance sector.Strong command of MS Excel for data tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.Excellent leadership, people management, and communication skills.Ability to travel frequently in Kochi and work in a dynamic field environment.Experience in handling escalations, legal cases, and repo operations is essential.Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field preferred.
