Resolve customer queries, complaints, or requests on a daily basis
- Build and maintain productive relationships with customers, communicating daily in a skilled and courteous manner.
- Gather valuable customer feedback and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve our offerings.
- Escalate complex customer issues to relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in customer support or a related field. Freshers can also apply.
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Patience and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions.
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs.
- Empathy towards customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
