Role reputed company Debt Collection Specialist Remote MBA CONSULT US LLC is seeking a motivated and reputed company Debt Collection Specialist to join our growing remote team. Working Hours Tuesday to Saturday, 1200 noon 2000 (Eastern Time Zone) Salary Up to $22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities Manage and resolve outstanding debt accounts through reputed company communication. Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements to maximise recoveries. Maintain accurate records of reputed company customer interactions and account activity. Conduct skip tracing to locate customers and ensure reputed company follow-up. Work closely with colleagues to improve collection strategies and performance. Ensure full compliance with federal and state debt collection regulations. Deliver excellent customer service during challenging conversations. Prepare reports on collection performance and account reputed company. Requirements Previous experience in debt collection, collections, or a reputed company field preferred. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and with reputed company. Knowledge of FDCPA regulations is an advantage. Good computer skills, including reputed company Office and collection software. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to reputed company environment. High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus).
