Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executives to promote and sell loan products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through telecalling, references, field activities, and other sales channels.
Contact prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
Promote loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Credit Cards.
Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
Assist customers throughout the loan application process.
Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/software regularly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal teams and banking partners for faster loan processing.
Ensure compliance with company policies and banking guidelines.
EligibilityMinimum Qualification: Any Graduate (12th pass candidates with relevant experience may also apply).
Experience: 03 years in BFSI, Loan Sales, Banking, Telecalling, or Direct Sales.
Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome.
