We are looking for energetic and confident freshers to join our team as Telecallers.
The candidate will handle customer calls, explain our Real Estate properties and IT Training programs, follow up with interested customers, and generate sales/enrollments.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain Real Estate projects and IT Training programs.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Follow up with interested leads.
Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
Generate leads and convert them into customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
Freshers are welcome!
Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi & English Mandatory
Confident and comfortable speaking on phone.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic computer knowledge.
Sales/telecalling experience is an advantage but not required.
Salary & Incentives
Salary: 12,000 15,000/month
+ Performance-Based Incentives .
